You can donate at our Bloodbank@HSA, @Dhoby Ghaut, @Westgate Tower, @Woodlands or @OnePunggol. However, apheresis donation is only available at Bloodbank@HSA. You can also choose to donate at any of our community blood-drives, which are held regularly in different locations across Singapore.
Every hour of the day, 15 units of blood are used in Singapore. We need about 120,000 units of blood to meet the transfusion needs of patients every year, equivalent to about 400 units of blood a day.
There two main ways you can donate blood – either at blood banks or community blood drives. Choose from 4 main blood banks in Singapore, whichever is the most convenient for you: 1) Health Sciences Authority at Outram 2) Dhoby Ghaut 3) Woodlands and 4) Westgate Tower.
