15 sty 2022 · For some reason whenever I open my default camera app on my laptop Windows 11, it shows a grainy black screen. this has caused me to be unable to use apps that require the camera, such as Zoom. It was working fine a week ago, and now this suddenly happens. I haven’t dropped the laptop, nothing has changed.

12 lis 2022 · My desktop computer is black screening after an automatic Windows 10 update. I think the update should be a recent version since I have updated my PC within the last month. I clicked shutdown and update last night and I woke up to my computer still on with a black screen. I do not think that I did anything else abnormal on my PC yesterday.
1 maj 2023 · All I got was black screen but sound. So in the end I only needed to start my TV once, restart the game and voila, sound and screen as normal. Seems that the Xbox needs to initiate with a connected tv to set all the graphic parts. Now I can play remote as long as I want, till Xbox is shut off again, started without a connected tv.

24 sie 2021 · RH. rhooManu. Replied on September 17, 2021. Report abuse. Same here. Since a few days, Xbox App stream just show a black screen, whether I want to stream from cloud, my XSX, or XO. Old "Companion" app still streams perfectly for XO. Cloud works perfectly from browsers on the PC. It's clearly the Xbox App that's at fault here.
28 lip 2024 · Thank you for the information. As since even at restart you're still at black screen, this could most likely due a hardware issue. I would suggest to try re-seating the RAM as memory test gave you a black screen. If you're comfortable, power off your computer, unplug it, and open the case. Carefully remove and reseat the RAM modules.

23 mar 2021 · Nothing seems to work and I still only have a black screen for my camera. A few of the thing I tried were checking for updates (both driver updates for the camera and Windows updates), disabling and re-enabling my camera in the device manager, and completely removing the device to download the latest driver.
