If you do both on your console, set that to automatic or source. If you only/mostly play games on the console set that to RGB. If you only use the console for video apps, set it to YCbCr.
8 kwi 2010 · Assuming you are connecting via Component or HDMI, set the 360 to 720p, then 1080i, then 1080p and see which one you prefer. At the end of the day by setting the 360 to 720p your display will process/upscale the image to fit the screen's resolution.
If you don't, then I would Google something like "best tv settings for gaming" or "best tv settings for xbox 360" and then follow the instructions for each individual setting. Try a few guides if you don't like the results of the first one.
