This mod patch the textures of the new races added by Elsweyr Anequina mod, to use the HGEC female and ROBERT male bodies. Also adds whiskers and eyelelashes to the Khajiit based new races. And only eyelashes to the new Ohmes races.

Good major retexture packs include: QTP3 (Qarl's), the new Oblivion Upscaled Textures (with the add-ons for SI & the DLC) or maybe AmpolX's retextures (available on TES Alliance, I think). I'd pick a flora overhaul (Bevilex is a good source), but stick to a single one then move on.
Dahyka's Vanilla Racials and Birthsigns Improved is pretty good and very vanilla+ styled. ( https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47639 ) Marco's Chargen Underhaul is another good choice for a vanilla+ option.
