The MPRE (Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam) is a two-hour, 60-question multiple choice exam developed by the NCBE (National Conference of Bar Examiners). A passing MPRE score is required for bar admission in all but three U.S. states*.

To help you prepare, both mentally and academically, we’ve compiled a few of the most frequently asked questions and tips on how to study for the MPRE.
With MPRE results out, I wanted to share some unsolicited thoughts about the MPRE courses from the three major bar prep companies.
In the Barbri videos the guy says if you’re scoring around 50-60% (don’t quote me on the percentage) on the Barbri questions you’re likely going to pass the MPRE. My advice is to watch the Barbri videos and do a ton of questions. Review what you got wrong and why.
