Level 3999 resembles an empty, abandoned and modern arcade. The majority of the Level is filled with neon lights and arcade machines lining the walls. The main structure consists of the Entrance, the Abandoned Arcade Hall, and the Mini Arcade.
Level 3999 or The True Ending looks like a arcade, similar to Level 25. It has 2 parts, the main area and a Level 0 like area with Partygoers in it. Escaping this level awards you the True Ending. On Level 25, go through a door and go down the hallway to get to level 3999.
