Armstrong Arrows PAHL Teams are members of the Pittsburgh Amateur Hockey League (PAHL) and will field teams from Squirt 10U level on up through midget age players 18U. These teams are for both boys and girls. The Armstrong Arrows will field teams from AA to B Level Teams based on PAHL Placement.
In just the first season, the newly formed 16U National Bound Team made it to the USA Hockey Tier II National Championship Game! 2023-2024 PAHL AA SEASON & PLAYOFF CHAMPIONS - ARROWS 16U & 18U. 2023-2024 MlD AM CHAMPIONS - ARROWS 18U. The goal of each National Bound Team is to win the USA Hockey Tier II National Championship.

15 maj 2023 · Armstrong-Cooper Youth Hockey Association is introducing the 10K Club, a new incentive program for the 2023 offseason. Players who complete the 10,000 puck challenge from mid-May until Sept. 30 will earn a spot in this exclusive club, as well as a unique AC Wings 10K Club stocking cap and a sticker to go on his/her helmet.
Hockey requires a high level of coordination; regular play can develop a child's gross motor skills, which leads to improvement with the more difficult fine motor skills, and improves eye-hand coordination, which can translate to a better understanding of spatial relationships.
