So I downloaded ares client from the website, did the rest to set it up then all of a sudden I see in the bottom right of my screen "McAfee has protected your computer from a virus." I click it and the file that has the virus on it was ares.json.

25 sie 2019 · Mar 5, 2022. #1. So i saw a client called ares (pvp) client and wanted to download it however it appears theres a hacked client by the same name so that got a bit confusing. However when i found the actual pvp client website and tried to download it windows defender would find a virus in system32 which was really Sus please help im confused.

EYIOX said: hey I actually use ares client and I can tell you its pretty great. its not an actual executable which means you'll be pretty safe. you install it into the versions folder similar to how you'd install a hacked client such as sigma and it works like a breeze.
10 lis 2020 · In order of best to worst (In my opinion) I have tested all on this list and try my best to not be biased. (Ares kept crashing which is why it is ranked so low.) Tell me any other clients I didn't mention or clients to try. 1. Lunar Client. 2. LabyMod.
23 lis 2020 · It has autotext, which is technically bannable because it's a macro. The client also says that it offers 10+ mods, although I only see itemphysics, positionsave, and autotext on their features list so I assume I'd have to test it out to see the other ones, which I'm not going to bother to do.
5 mar 2021 · i use ares client as main as it is safe and has free cosmetics. just aksing. pretty sure ares is malware but ok (not 100% though), and no i dont think cheatbreaker is safe as @WhatsCPS says above me it was discontinued so anything claiming to be cheatbreaker is probably not safe.
