How do I know this is a genuine email from Microsoft and not a scam, especially the sender has an address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** when I hovered over the name: Microsoft Account Team. You'll know it's legitimate if it's from the Microsoft account team at account-security-noreply @accountprotection.microsoft.com. Using Sign-in activity, you can see when and where your account has been accessed—including successful sign-ins and security challenges—on the Recent activity page.
27 lut 2024 · I have received an email stating that there are 48 complaints filed against me and misrepresenting themselves as being from Outlook Customer Support. The email also states that I should have an anti- virus plan and that they will choose one for me and then I'm sure they will bill me for it.
