The Leaping Bunny Logo is the only internationally recognized symbol guaranteeing consumers that no new animal tests were used in the development of any product displaying it. The Logo can be seen on packaging, advertising, and websites for cosmetics and household products around the world.
Licensing the logo is optional, and it helps consumers identify animal test–free products at a glance while shopping. For a one-time licensing fee of $350, our logo may be used on companies' products, literature, in-store displays, and websites.

These companies are truly cruelty-free. It’s completely free to be certified under these categories, and once approved, companies may choose to use PETA’s global “Animal Test–Free” or “Animal Test–Free and Vegan” logos. To use any of our logos, companies pay just a one-time $350 licensing fee.
Once your company has been certified as “animal test–free” or “animal test–free and vegan,” you’ll be able to license one of PETA’s Global Beauty Without Bunnies logos. Companies may be certified by PETA under one of two designations:
Companies had begun designing their own bunny logos, abiding by their own definition of 'cruelty-free' or 'animal friendly' without the participation of animal protection groups. In response, eight national animal protection groups banded together to form the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics (CCIC).
