13 lip 2019 · I have apparently found my problem. It would seem I have a conflict with the Windows Ten graphics drivers, and the AMD Radeon drivers. I am unable to delete the Windows drivers, and my ASUS Rx-580 is not happy with the Windows drivers. I have had on going issues with this W10 Home installation, reloading while keeping my files is not helping.

4 lut 2016 · The driver is dated Jan 2015 and is version 8.970.100.9001. It looks like AMD provided the driver specifically to support HD 4000 series cards on Windows 10. While AMD provided the driver, my understanding is that it is only available thru Windows Update and is the only driver for AMD HD4000 series Graphics with Windows 10 support.
