In order to save time when you arrive, fill out and sign your liability waiver in advance. Waivers can ONLY be filled out by an adult 18-years or older. All jumpers 17-years old and younger MUST have a parent or guardian fill out their waiver.

WHO CAN JUMP. Every person who jumps on our trampolines must first provide a valid/signed Altitude Trampoline Park waiver. Those under 18 must have the waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted on the trampolines.
