Alpha-9, designated "Last Hope" is a combative Task Force that assists other Mobile Task Forces. In-game, Alpha-9 was formerly Alpha-4, "Pony Express", but was disbanded and recreated into what we have today. Ex-Task Force Leader - Emily "Ace" Emily, also known as "Ace", was Alpha-9's commander.
