17 wrz 2007 · The only Alien Bees/White Lightning /Zeus Lighting modifiers I have experience with are the Moon Unit softboxes for the ABR800 and Zeus Ringmaster. Good light quality. I also like Chimera for softboxes (light quality, good materials and durable construction) and Photek Goodlighter II umbrellas.

Does anyone have any experience using Alien Bees? If so, do you think any of the packages listed are worth buying? http://www.alienbees.com/packages.html. I currently have a Nikon sb600 and will be investing in pocket wizards and lighting.....I'm taking it to the next level!! I plan on shooting outdoor portraits on location. Thanks
31 gru 2007 · The strobes work well, the modifiers are of reasonable quality, and you can be off and running very quickly. The two packages you've mentioned are at substantially different price points, though. The Busy package is far more flexible, and lends itself to more subtle and controlled scenarios.
