8 mar 2014 · Shockwave Flash crash may be caused by GPU Rendering when many Shockwave graphics are open at the same time. When software rendering is disabled, hardware acceleration is enabled and vice versa. With Hardware Acceleration, your web browser moves most graphics and text rendering from your CPU (s/w) to GPU (h/w).
When I try to open a site with Flash the plugin crashes and I am unable to use the site, like YouTube. The same thing happens on Microsoft Edge. The problem is solved temporarily if I delete my account on Chrome and I sign in back, but that isn't a permanent fix.
