11 mar 2011 · You have all 4 GB. The memory restriction you have in mind is only applicable to 32-bit operating systems. Windows 7 64-bit has limitations on the amount of memory based on the editions: Starter: 8GB. Home Basic: 8GB. Home Premium: 16GB.
4 mar 2011 · For Windows 7, I find that 4 GBs of RAM is actually a fair minimum for regular business and home use. If more than 4 GBs is supported by the hardware, then I'll install a full 8 GBs.
