    23 maj 2018 · It took about 3 weeks to get my 2 zunes back. They work, but my order was messed up. A red 80g was supposed to be upgraded to 128g. A black 120g was just supposed to be fixed. They switched my colored cases, upgraded the 120g & left the 80g as is. I'm standing by to see what the offer to rectify it. In summary if you want your zune fixed go here.
