Zuji is a reliable company which is a Asia Version of Travelocity. Give it a try. To me, if they are able to do a package definitely they should have already a contractor on the other country ready to take on the customer.

I wanted to share my traumatic experience of using Zuji. I booked two tickets from Singapore to New York. Price was competitive using a combination of Star Alliance carriers. Intially all went well and I received a confirmation and e-tickets shortly after booking.
