Quick review: Identical to all other performance reviews regarding the STAR ZOOM KOBE 4, very close to retail in terms of appearance and performance. I've been rotating both retail and STAR in the past month and the main difference for me would be the heel lock down in terms of performance.
7 mar 2019 · Even though Nike promised full-length Zoom in this updated version, they disappointed by keeping it OG with Zoom in the heel and simple Phylon in the front. The old-school herringbone traction pattern still works like a charm and needs very little wiping - even on dusty courts.
29 mar 2019 · For the wrapping that is as important as the appearance, Zoom Kobe 4 Protro authentically does a tremendous job. Wide base, large outrigger, lateral support from foam teeth on the lateral side of the midsole and the sturdy leather provide all the wrapping and support you need.
30 lis 2021 · Aside from the crappy short lived Lunarfoam, the Kobe IV really was and still is a perfect shoe . Excellent traction, fit, support and stability as well as containment all in a low top form factor. It really is no wonder everyone else followed suit after the success of the IV.
