I booked Zona Taxi from Budapest from my hotel (near St. Stephen's Basilica) to Ferihegy Airport. The Tourist Office will give you their number and their answering staff speak sufficient English to book yourself over the telephone.

From Ferigegy Budapest Airport to Town: 1. Zona Taxi - they have a set price depending on which zone you travel into budapest town. Check their website. It is cheaper to the PEST site than BUDA side. Standard to our hotel in BUDA side was 4200HUF. This is direct and took us 25 minutes. 2.
