ZOLL's Full-Rescue AEDs feature CPR-D-padz ®, a one-piece, pre-connected electrode with Real CPR Help ® feedback. Ordinary AEDs require that the rescuer use two separate electrodes. By using CPR hand placement as the landmark, it is easy to place the CPR-D-padz on the victim quickly.
CPR-D Training padz ®, ZOLL's unique system, allows users to simulate electrode application and hand placement for CPR. When used for CPR manikin practice, the AED Plus ® Trainer and CPR-D Training padz help train users to perform CPR with the correct compression depth and rate.
25 wrz 2024 · The Zoll CPR-D Padz, designed for use with the Zoll AED Plus and Zoll AED Pro, feature a unique single-piece electrode pad, simplifying application and reducing the risk of incorrect placement.
The patients in the study were typical of OOHCA cases with only 13% from a public location, 40% bystander witnessed, 37% bystander CPR, 99% having an ALS EMS crew in attendance ().The median values for CPR process measures were 106 (IQR 96-117) for compression rate and 0.65 (IQR 0.56-0.75) for chest compression fraction.
This simple-to-use device, comes with the one-piece CPR-D padz, instead of two separate electrode pads, and allows the AED to give real-time feedback on rate and depth of CPR compressions. This device also uses consumer batteries, which keeps maintenance costs low.
