I filed a BBB complaint when this happened and someone from Yahoo reached out and fixed it for me within 24 hours. They are 100% running a scam trying to force people to pay for their “premium” customer service.
I got one whole package in 2 months even paying for faster (not courier) shipping. Courier shipping from China used to take about a week. So yea, you got majorly scammed.
I paid for it once upon a time and honestly it’s not worth it for the little bit of information they provide (over the free service). I too enjoy using Yahoo Finance but the paid version was lacking, I recommend using the free trial though and checking it out.
