4 lis 2018 · After scouring the internet harder than a Google algorithm, I’ve never found a single report of anyone increasing accuracy with a Zev barrel. To do that, it needs to shoot tighter than 2” at 25 yards. It may be that none of the folks who can shoot that good bought a Zev to try in the first place.
Most folks know Zev for their Gucci Glocks, but they also make AR's... Anyone have any thoughts or experience with these? Looking for general quality and reliability feedback.
ZEV is the owner of Mega and have a reputation for making high quality rifles. Looking at their Core elite, the handguard and trigger are nice, the muzzle device is nice, and while I don't know who makes their barrels, it isn't made by a junk maker going by the flute counts.
Zev barrels are rated for at least 10k rounds. I have a ZEV OZ9c (full zev pistol with one of their barrels in it) and it recommends replacing the barrel at 10k rounds, which means they’re probably actually good for 30k or more.
