Cemu, the Wii U emulator, on your computer. Switch console. Almost all Wii U mods should work on both the console and Cemu, but most Switch mods aren't cross-compatible. In addition, many mods are only compatible with version 1.5.0 of BotW.
12 maj 2018 · If you are interested in playing The Legend of Zelda: Botw and don’t own a Wii U or Nintendo Switch then this is the guide for you. The newest version of Cemu, that is, the Cemu 1.12.0 is by far the most stable version of Cemu emulator till now.
In terms of raw gameplay, the WiiU and Switch versions of BotW are virtually identical. This is by design, with the BotW dev team essentially forced to cross-make the game on both infrastructures. On console, there's performance differences, with the Switch version running much better and having slightly better draw distance among other things.
