4 lis 2007 · I am gathering a list of interested members here and at 986forum.com who may want to purchase a Zeintec Zeintop hardtop in a bulk order. They are quite expensive and the hope is to get a big enough order to bring the cost down.
20 paź 2006 · if you car does not have, and it won’t (99% certain) unless it was originally bought with the OEM hardtop, you will need the Spin-Lock inserts. Those you can buy from your Porsche dealer or we can provide them for you at $147.50.
18 mar 2011 · Had no idea this thing existed. Can't find any recent info but found threads on Porsche forums from 2008 saying they were embroiled in a legal battle with Porsche and were selling these for $3k. Pretty awesome when the dealer charges $2,900 for that horrific-looking OEM hardtop.
13 lip 2007 · Use the Zeintec for the winter months and switch back for the summer months. Yes, this topic has been beaten to death but I think it looks great however the price is still too steep. If they get down into the sub 3k arena they may wind up making some noise given the cost of the stock bubble top.
I don't think the Zientop is readily available anymore. From what I remember the company went bankrupt, and new owners are supposedly starting it back up, but the last post they made on their Facebook page was 2009. https://www.facebook.com/Zeintec-45572688148/timeline/?ref=mf. Their website also redirects to a "under construction" site.
