I’ve been looking at buying a Zebco 33 Micro for fun. I love how tiny it looks and I think it’d be good for catching panfish and inexpensive. Have you used the Z33 M? Did you like it? Why or why not? I would simply like to hear everyone’s thoughts and experiences from this rod and reel combo.
25 lis 2016 · On the basic 33, what was commented on the most was that the older reels seemed to last for years. The complaints about the newer 33s were that several people had no luck at getting the spool cover off for maintenance. Some commented they the threads did not seem to align correctly.
4 lis 2024 · A Zebco 33 would be fine for 14" bass in open water with good line, but I couldn't catch anything above 2.5 pounds when I used Zebcos. I caught one of my first trophy bass on the zebco above, a 6-6 on a night crawler right off our dock.
