Other mods I can personally recommend have already been mentioned: The Personality Mod and The Hobby Mod by MissyHissy (mostly a work in progress but perfectly functional) and More traits in CAS for more complex personalities (which is something the Sims in TS2 have).
Mods to make the game feel more like the sims 2. there's a mod that replaces all sims 4 songs with sims 2, I forgot the name but it is a thing. LittleMsSam has some really good mods for what I think you mean.
