It’s literally such free DPS. It’s of course one of the best weapons to use for Nex or Sara. I also like speccing with it at Vorkath for the free 110 at the start of the fight. it's a general purpose crossbow, it's not bis, but it's still good for pvm.
The Zaryte crossbow is a ranged weapon that requires a Ranged level of 80 to wield, and can fire up to dragon bolts. Unlike other crossbows, the Zaryte crossbow grants defensive bonuses. It is one of two crossbows with a Prayer bonus, along with the Armadyl crossbow from which it is crafted.
I was wondering if it is worth it to spend the majority of my bank on a Zaryte crossbow (predominantly for mini mass / small team Nex). This will still leave me with my most important melee and mage gear (bandos, fang, Ahrims, trident etc.) but not sure if I should sell that as well for e.g. Masori or Armadyl (currently using god hides lol).

Recently acquired a zaryte crossbow and was curious as to whether I dump the BGS or bring both? And if both; which specs would I use where ?

The Zaryte bow is an enchanted Zarosian shortbow that requires 80 Ranged to wield. It is dropped by Nex, the Zarosian leader of the Ancient Prison in the God Wars Dungeon, as well as the four nihil in The Pit of Freneskae.
