Zachary and Dylan Zmed are an Americana brother duo that specializes in the rich tradition of blood harmony singing. They are originally from the San Fernando Valley in Southern California and now reside in the hills of middle Tennessee.
Zmed was born in Chicago, Illinois, the youngest of three sons of George Zmed, later known as George Zmed-Smith (1916–2010), a Romanian Orthodox priest, who served from 1952 until his retirement in 1983, and his wife, Persida (née Golub) Zmed, later known as Sadie Smith (1923–2015).

Zachary and Dylan Zmed, the sons of “T.J. Hooker” star Adrian Zmed, will show some brotherly love to the Everly Brothers next week at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center. The show, dubbed “The Everly Brothers Experience,” takes place at 7:30 p.m. Wed., Aug. 21 at the center, 3050 Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley.
