I'm struggling to understand how to properly tension the belts on the 2.4. The official Voron guide (https://docs.vorondesign.com/tuning/secondary_printer_tuning.html#ab-belts) talks about aiming for 110Hz frequency. However, I've tried multiple Android apps and the readings are all over the place.
16 gru 2023 · I'm building a V2.4 R2 and having some problems with the Z belts. I got all 4 Z belts installed and tried to tension them to 140Hz, the problem I'm having is that the belt part that goes from the gantry to the lower pulley stays lose.
A simple Z belt clip. The 2.4 manual suggested leaving 1 to 2 inch Z belts, however, when the panels are up, the extra belt can drag along the panel. Not sure about adversary effects but not a bad idea to keep it tidy. The clip works for 9mm width belts, also should fit 6 mm. Just print and slide on.

Run both belts across the rear of the frame. Run the other belt through the drive gear on the other corner. Use paper clips or zip ties to help force the belt along the correct path as necessary.
