Originally I was going to do strength/dex but decided I wanted to do spells so I cranked up the faith I’m currently at 57 strength 33 faith (w/ talisman) and I have yet to see any benefit from incantations.
Remember with the Fire affinity that Strength increases both the physical and the fire damage of the weapon, so the scaling of the weapon should be considered two grades higher than written. e.g. C Strength becomes A Strength. This is not true for somber weapons that have Faith or Arcane scaling for their fire damage instead.
What it says I'm wanting to do a strength/faith build suggestions for where to start? I have done ZERO experimentation with faith spells and such I'd love to do a sort of paladin kinda build holy magic alongside a big weapon and armor and solid shield
4 lip 2024 · I recommend leveling Vigor and Strength up first, and picking up the fortifications spells and 10 Faith from Corhyn in the early game. Many of the good offensive incants are not unlocked until the DLC; if you want some offense before that, keep an eye out for the Sacred Blade AoW and the pyromancies.
