Assuming Dana's Essence is what preserved Eternian ruins for eons and that the Archeozoic Chasm could have been affected in the same way, Dana does not go to sleep until at least a full year has passed since the Lacrimosa so the chasms should have long closed by that time.
Its stuck at 98.1% and I noticed that it has an upper level which is blank. Is there a way to access that part?
