I did my due diligence, as a conscious consumer, when yru shoes was brand new, providing what was essentially blank canvases to customize yourself. It's a front. The concept behind yru is an arrogant condescension: why are you even here??
Their shoes aren’t cool enough for this headache, there are other brands than YRU, particularly ones that respect and respond to their customers. I’m so angry with them. They have absolutely horrid customer experiences.
A sale was tempting for a cute pair of shoes, but then I saw the site feedback. Every single YRU review I see is either thrilled 5 stars or horrible 1 star experiences.
People really need to stop going after everything that has MH plastered onto it. This company is known for being shady in general and reviews show that. It’s not right how this collab is taking everyone’s money for shoes that aren’t even made properly. YRU has never been the brand known for quality.
