Recently did some home networking upgrades and right after, video streaming on edge and chrome started to suck, could not get 720P, lots of stutter and buffering. Yet, everything worked fine on Firefox and on Edge on my laptop. Tried all the standard solutions, reinstall, disabling hardware acceleration, clearing the cache, none of it worked.
