For me this worked: Go into Chrome Settings. Search for "hardware". Disable "Use hardware acceleration when available" and restart chrome. YouTubeTV shows video again when watching through a Chrome Browser Tab. Relaunch chrome after changing the setting and it should work now.

In your Chrome/Edge settings, disable Use hardware acceleration when available. They use HDCP and other copyright protection methods (that are a combination of hardware and software) to prevent the screen recording. As of Monday 4/11 I can no longer take screenshots of YTTV on Chrome when using my MacBook.
