There's a spyware extension called "Macjkj" that can be installed on Microsoft Edge without your consent. It has access to all the websites you visit and can modify every webpage you're on. To remove it, search your C: drive for "Macjkj" and delete it, then empty the Recycle Bin and run an antivirus scan.
