31 sie 2024 · Everything associated with my account is through my Comcast email. Today I received an email on my Yahoo account that supposedly is from Xfinity. They said my payment method was declined. Of course it gave a spot to click to change the payment method but I didn't do that.
6 maj 2024 · If you received this notice in an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, you can always verify it's legitimacy by going to the email website https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite and looking for the official xfinity logo next to the email. If it's not there, then it's not from Comcast/Xfinity.
My experience with Xfinity from Comcast has been extremely disappointing. The first issue is the sudden price increases without any prior notice. As a customer, one expects clarity and transparency, but instead, I was hit with much higher bills without any explanation.
