I have faction spy results in torn stats but want to put them in yata so I can use Torn PDA. Can anyone direct me to some instructions for the easiest way to link or manually load them up please.

However it's going to depend on your definition of "Easy" Nearly all of the attack ones are easy, just find 4-6 L3 targets who are over a year inactive and kill them daily++. You'll start racking up your merits especially if you mix and match how you're doing it.
