13 maj 2023 · Here's what I found after searching the net on that 7 wire cdi box. Courtesy of Vintage Golf Cart Parts. My guess is you would unplug a main wire from the harness going to the reverse buzzer, plug that into the cdi box. Then plug the other red wire from the cdi to the wire you unplugged on the buzzer.

19 maj 2024 · The basic CDI system is a trigger mechanism, coils, and a box, often black, with capacitors and other circuitry inside. The trigger tells the box to fire, the box determines when to fire which coil with the capacitors, and zap goes the spark plug, ad infinitum.
We carry replacement ignition parts for Yamaha G1, G2, G8, G9, G14, G16, G19, G22, and G29 the Drive gas golf cart models. Without ignition, your carts spark plugs will not fire. We want to make sure you get the right parts so please give us a call if you have any questions.
You're going to have to at least clean the points or replace them along with a new condenser. That's more than likely your problem especially now you have a new coil. Unless your cart has a cdi ignition. then it could be a couple other things.SETech40912.8774373843.
