13 kwi 2014 · The mail program on Yahoo has been frozen in Firefox, no other browser. Yesterday, I opened it, and i was unable to delete mail because the whole toolbar with delete, reply, forward, spam, etc. was no longer on my mail window. I tried to send an email, but this function was also disabled.
In Internet Explorer, click Tools then select Toolbars and see if the Yahoo Toolbar is checked. If not, check it. If it is not listed then I would recommend installing it again.

3 sie 2011 · I have signed to my yahoo mail this morning and I did not see any of the toolbar icons on the top side such as: delete, spam, move to, reply, forward etc... All these important functional icons disappeared..!!!
Right now go ahead and Press Alt + V on your keyboard > At the top of your Internet Explorer window the view menu should pop up, from there go to Toolbars > REcheck any Yahoo toolbar listed there and the Yahoo toolbar should come back:
