30 wrz 2023 · Open Outlook on your computer and create your Mailbox. Now Open Run on your computer by clicking on the Windows + R keys. Type in %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures. This opens the Signatures folder.

In Outlook, click New Email (or use the Ctrl + N key combination) to open a new message window. Next, click Signature in the Include group and choose Signatures.
10 lut 2017 · To restore the signatures, you can simply copy them from your backup location to the Signatures folder. Once restored the signatures they will be directly available in Outlook. However, if you had them configured as the default for a certain account you'll have to reconfigure that.
