This will allow computer control of TX (PTT, KEY, FSK), and the audio In/Out interface (except the FT-891). The COM port is also used for updating the transceiver firmware.

26 lis 2018 · Yaesu radios have an additional USB UART Bridge accessible through the hub. You will see an Enhanced port for CAT and a Standard port for PTT in Device Manager. Each has a unique COM port number.

Issue with downloading COM port driver. Following the instructions on Yaesu's virtual com port driver installation manual, I tried to download and install the COM driver to connect my DX10 to my PC. So far, I download the driver but am unable to install it.
