Installation Manual. Installing the virtual COM port driver software on a computer makes possible CAT communication via a USB cable to the SCU-17 or an compatible transceivers. This will allow computer control of TX (PTT, KEY, FSK), and the audio In/Out interface (except the FT-891). The COM port is also used for updating the transceiver firmware.
Download and unzip the “wx1xxxen.zip” file of the WIRES-X software. Execute “Install.exe” file in the unzipped folder. The “WIRES-X Installer” window will appear. Click [WIRES-X Software Setup]. The “Welcome to the WIRES-X Setup Wizard” window will appear. Click [Next]. The “License” window will appear.

11 lis 2018 · I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit and am able to run the latest version of PCC downloaded from the Yaesu website without any special settings. Ham Radio Deluxe also works just fine with the updated driver.

15 sty 2023 · FTDXRC is a CAT & TCP/IP Remote Control software optimzed for the DXer with a fully integrated Voice-over-IP solution and user interfaces for the YAESU transceivers. It might work with other YAESU transceivers as well but FTDXRC provides user interfaces just for these three transceivers.
Look up who the Vendor ID is, then figure out what chip the Device ID is, then go to their website and download drivers. Edited to add: Yaesu's website has a driver for the SCU-59 & SCU-39 in the "files" area for the FT-65 radio. It's a Prolific chipset, PL23XX is the model.
