19 paź 2016 · The procedure for installing the virtual COM port driver on a Windows® 7 (64 bit version) system is shown be-low. 1. Start Windows® 7. 2. Shut down all running applications. 3. Unzip the downloaded (CP210x_VCP_Windows.zip) file. 4. Run the installation program (CP210xVCPInstaller_x64.exe) by double-clicking it. The following window will appear.
5 wrz 2014 · 1. Make sure the VX-7 is in programming mode. 2. Make sure you have a correct USB driver for your cable. 3. Make sure you have the correct USB port selected in the programming software. 4. Make sure your cable is the correct one, and is seated fully in the speaker/mic jack.
Issue with downloading COM port driver. Following the instructions on Yaesu's virtual com port driver installation manual, I tried to download and install the COM driver to connect my DX10 to my PC. So far, I download the driver but am unable to install it.
21 lis 2023 · WSJT-X complains that there is an error in his audio input device. I logged in to his PC, verified his settings, and tried everything I could think of but my luck wasn't any better than his. I figured I'd start by posting here to see if anyone else has had this same problem.
17 wrz 2017 · Check and ensure that WSJT-X audio input is using the Signal link and not the built in microphone on your PC. the rear output out of the 450 is not adjustable in the radios menu nor does the front panel control the levels.
4 gru 2022 · There's two things that might have gone wrong: broken cable (that's literally the most common reason), missing components on the device, or. completely disfunctional USB stack on the device. In both cases, a hardware issue that we can't help you solve. Share.
12 paź 2022 · You can see that if I play the windows "test" sound, that comes out of the radio. So in my mind, the connection between the PC, the radio and the Yaesu/Silicon Labs com port driver is working ok and the issue seems to be WSJTX. But then also, WSJTX is fine with my other radio. I am a bit stumped... Nick
