Although the MD 100 perform excellent, the MD-200 had a noticeable improvement to the quality of my audio as judged with on the air testing with people who know my voice. I must admit the purchase price is high, but the performance, construction quality, and appearance of this microphone justify that cost.
Rating: 2021-09-09. Awesome! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months. The M-100 is my first desk mike and I rate it at 5+ with the Yaesu FTdx10. Reports are all very positive without my asking. Comments such as "Sounds like we are in the same room with you sitting next to me" are not uncommon.
