Absolutely NO customer service. The phone number they provide sends you to voicemail stating to "email" them @ info at xterrawetsuits.com and I have sent three emails over a 2 week period with NO reply. I never received my order I paid for and cannot contact them. What a scam.
Spoke to customer service who took 4-5 days for each reply back. After 3-4 back and forths across a span of 2 weeks (I instantly replied to each email too, it was like talking to a friend who isn't a texting person), they said it's a user error and not covered under warranty.
