For comparison, running just triple mainstat EM with no substats provides 40.3% ER to the holder and 12.1% ER to the team (~ 2 substat rolls worth). The caveat is that this uses R5 xiphos which takes tons of limited rolls on the weapon banner.
I honestly think that just running a dedicated Cryo battery or just Fav weapons would be better than Xiphos with neither in most cases. If you are flexing in Kazuha or using Shinobu though, the extra ER can be nice, although iirc the calcs say Fav is better in most cases.
