Run an EM Sands with Favonius Sword, Xiphos’ Moonlight, or Sacrificial Sword. On the other hand, with Iron Sting or Toukabou Shigure, Kazuha typically needs an ER Sands, which actually results in a lower total ER and EM (not accounting for substats). Most Kazuha rotations can be broken down by how many times he uses his Elemental Skill.
I honestly think that just running a dedicated Cryo battery or just Fav weapons would be better than Xiphos with neither in most cases. If you are flexing in Kazuha or using Shinobu though, the extra ER can be nice, although iirc the calcs say Fav is better in most cases.
