3 lis 2024 · Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.
15 wrz 2023 · My DVR shows 53 episodes of one show but on my iPad using the Xfinity stream app, it only shows 19 episodes recorded. This is true for virtually. Every show I’ve recorded, the actual DVR will show many more episodes than the streaming app.
13 paź 2023 · The remaining issue is not seeing all my recordings in the streaming app, whether on my Samsung, or on my desktop pc. For example: On my set top box / TV my recording list has multiple "60 Minutes" recordings from the past several months.
11 lis 2024 · All my recordings are always available on the X1 TV, but only certain recordings are showing in the Stream app. Some new recordings continue to appear in the app, but not all. There is never a problem viewing recordings in the app, as long as they are listed. I can view upcoming scheduled recordings, so I know the app is connected with my account.
