17 sty 2023 · Failed to download image error. During a regular nightly update of my X1 system one of my cable boxes (PXD01ANI) started alternating flashing red and green and displays the message on my TV that "A software update is in progress - Attempting to acquire current software."
3 lis 2024 · Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.

Follow these steps to attempt to resolve the issue: Refresh the app by pressing EXIT on your remote control. Go back into the app, highlight the app feature of your choice and press OK to view the Detail Screen. If images are still not available, please try the app again in 30 minutes.
